More About Our Soft Serve Machines

Our soft serve ice cream machines can be used for either a small or large operation and for making soft serve and delicious frozen yoghurt.

The counter top and smallest standing model Ice Cream machine are ideal for both small servings in restaurants, milkshakes and desserts for bigger functions. The table top Ice Cream making machine saves valuable floor space and with a production capacity of 18 to 23 litres per hour this Ice Cream maker machine offers the prospect for high profits. You also have a choice between a single flavour and 2 flavours + 1 mix.

For those catering for a larger amount of customers and looking for an even greater profit combined with valuable customer satisfaction there are the soft serve/frozen yoghurt machines with pre-cooling and air pumps.

The pre-cooling is a stand by feature that keeps the mix in the hoppers below 10 degrees for those long no-use periods or for overnight cooling, preventing the mix from going sour while saving you time since the machine do not need cleaning every night.

The air pump delivers the precise amount of mix and air, therefore it increases the volume of the ice cream which results once again in higher profits.

There is also the option of a floor model double compressor soft serve ice cream/yoghurt  machine with a production capacity of 45 litres per hour .The two hoppers work individually, thus the soft ice cream maker offers the advantage of high production and fast refrigeration.

For easy operation the Ice Cream machines and Frozen Yoghurt machines are equipped with a digital display where the temperature (the product hardness) can be adjusted and with an automatic recorder that counts the amount of cones.

Our soft serve icecream machines are manufactured with a sturdy stainless steel body for durability and with a built in warning signal for protection of over-current and low voltage. All our soft serve machines are also equipped with danfoss expansion valves, which ensure quicker freezing time and promotes the production capacity of the machines.We only make use of high quality Panasonic compressors for that extra durability.
